The Banking With You In Mind example is the first email in an onboarding campaign. It welcomes new customers, provides important contact information and educates them about the benefits of being a credit union member.

Targeting customers involves segmenting your audience based on demographics, behaviors, or past interactions to deliver tailored content that resonates with their specific interests or needs.
The aim of this email initiative was to unveil a cutting-edge digital banking service known as Card Control. To achieve this, I devised two distinct email campaigns: one tailored for existing cardholders, showcasing the services as an enhancement to their current experience; the second targeted potential card customers, presenting Card Control as an alluring feature and a prime advantage of signing up.
Eye Catching Layouts
Aesthetically appealing designs, complemented by intuitive navigation and compelling visuals, create an immersive experience that not only entices recipients but also encourages them to explore the content further, fostering stronger connections with your brand.
By offering segmented blocks of content, beneficial resources and easy to locate calls to action, this campaign advertised a rewards program that offered specialized services for customers using Amazon or PayPal.
